Mexplus is a family business that started in 1997, when we began renting accommodations in Cancun and Acapulco. In the last ten years, we have expanded to offer a number of other locations, but we pride ourselves on having maintained the feel of a small family operation.

If we recommend a scuba-diving site in Cozumel, a cooking class in Oaxaca or a restaurant in Acapulco, it’s because we’ve been there ourselves, had a great time, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to our own friends and family.

What is your cancellation policy?

We prefer that you didn’t have to cancel your vacation, but we understand that incidents and accidents happen, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. We have a reasonable cancellation policy that’s plainly spelled out in all our contracts. Ask us for more details.
